“ I was extremely impressed with the service we received when we stopped at Caseys. I wish I had noted the name of the clerk. I stopped for a salted caramel coffee. It is amazing how many wonderful and kind people we have met on an unplanned trip from Arizona to Michigan for a funeral in midDecember. My faith in basic Grassroots American people remains despite how politicians and news commentators work to divide us. We stopped here around 1130 a.m. till 1230 on Saturday December 18. ”

“ Love this convenience store. Ice cream and smoothies on tap. So many fountain pop flavor options. Love the guy that loudly states Welcome to Buckyswhen everyone walks in. Im not sure his name. The girl working the 5 minute pizza had the worst customer service skills. We stood there for several minutes no welcome or how can I help you.. Just carried on labeling her bags of whatever she was doing. After several minutes that felt like an eternity looking around twiddling thumbs..... I said can we order some pizzas? She just said yep barely looking at us and went back to labeling. So we stood there for another eternity... Went up to the counter to a very kind woman asked if were supposed to order here, she said no I dont think so its my first day though. I told her the girl over there is just ignoring us we asked to order and she went back to labeling her stuff she walked over with us and loudly said these people would like to order pizza the pizza girl got scatterbrained mumbled under her breath something about she was doing something and then was going to help us. She needs some training. I cant fault the awesomeness of the rest of the store or its employees, but this pizza girl needs help. ”
